Krystal Robinson Justice, Licensed Acupuncturist

Krystal loves seeing patients get better and increase their ability to go through life strong, healthy and balanced.  She enjoys working with women through all phases of their lives including regulating cycles and reducing PMS and period pain, increasing fertility and ushering in a graceful menopause.  She also to likes working with people to reduce their pain, mitigate the harmful impacts of toxic stress, burnout, trauma and PTSD and to age well. As part of her commitment to expanding access to acupuncture she has experience with gentle needling and non-insertive contact needling techniques in addition to gua-sha and cupping.

When Krystal graduated from Harvard University she had no idea that 20 years later her path would lead her to Chinese Medicine, acupuncture and herbs.  The shift began while working at a youth leadership and community development non-profit in East Oakland, CA. There she began to receive regular acupuncture treatments with teenagers and young adults in a very non-sacred setting. She got a chance to experience the medicine, see it work, witness disenfranchised young people seek it out, and hear very blunt questions and descriptions of their internal and external experience with it. It was there that her fascination with the medicine began.

Krystal comes to Ohio Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine from the San Francisco Bay Area.  There she went to the Acupuncture and Integrative Medicine College, Berkeley, studied with the First Teaching Hospital at the Tianjin University of TCM in China learning acupuncture and herbal protocols for various neurological disorders, including stroke prevention and treatment.  Krystal is also a QiGong Teacher in the Radiant Heart QiGong Tradition.
